Our days are structured so that educators carefully observe children to discover their unique needs, provide individual and small-group lessons to meet those needs, and then give children the freedom to master concepts at their own pace. We meet each student where they’re at and help them map a personalized path from one achievement to the next. We identify student needs through stress-free, observation-based evaluations. Provide a holistic education that enhances academic performance through a well-balanced combination of thematic developmentally appropriate practices for students of all ages and rote learning using Saxon Math, Saxon Phonics, Language Arts and novel studies.

Our goal is to deliver personalized instruction that is both engaging and ignites a love for learning by identifying students’ learning style and teaching to their needs. We aim to provide a collaborative learning space for all students that supports social, emotional and academic development through sensorial experiences and Socratic led, higher order questioning techniques used by well trained staff nurturing a child's innate curiosity. All of this alongside of supporting families and the community to develop citizenship skills for pupils through content and Conscious Discipline techniques. Our mission is geared to strategically orchestrate a balance of rote learning and discovery-based learning to ensure achievement in academic intelligence and emotional intelligence. Utilizing current research in neuroscience and education we will make informed decisions and provide professional development for all staff.
